  • Do you do short term rentals?

    We'll prepare your property for rent and evaluate the current rental market to get you the best return on your investment. We'll market your property on a host of platforms.

  • If I am not approved for a property, can I get Application Fee refunded?

    We have a stringent screening process to ensure that your property will be filled with reliable, responsible tenants.

  • How long does it take for my application to be approved?

    We will get back to you in a maximum of 2 business days.

  • What happens if I don’t meet the income requirements?

    With our accounting and bookkeeping services, you can rest easy, knowing you'll get paid on time, your books are up-to-date, and your tax forms are accurate.

  • If I live out of town, can I submit an application without seeing the property?

    We know and adhere to the latest local, state, and federal legislation that applies to renting and managing rental properties.

  • How long can I hold a property before starting the lease and paying rent?

    If you are interested in a property, but unable to lease it right away, we will hold it for 7 days with a $500 nonrefundable fee. Once you begin your lease, that hold deposit will then become your security deposit.

  • If I fill out an application, does my spouse or roommate need to fill out another one?

    Yes, everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application.

  • I don’t like the carpet, paint color, tile etc in a home. Is the owner required to change it?

    The property is for rent “as is,” meaning that the owner is happy with the way their property looks. If a tenant feels inclined to make improvements at their own expense, we can facilitate a conversation with the owner for permission.

  • What is your pet policy?

    Pets are allowed at the owner’s discretion. We have many properties that allow pets, just let the property manager know about your furry friend and we will make them a priority in your search.

  • Do you accept HUD housing vouchers for rent?

    Yes, we accept vouchers.
